Wednesday





I've been missing working out, but I've been loving my hot tea in the mornings and afternoons! Resting my body seems to be the right thing to do at the moment. :) I will resume the FBB workouts on Monday. Gonna start all over and do it the right way! Amy's Organic Soup mmm so good on cold days like this! I'm glad I keep a variety at my desk for days that are cold (and snowy!). Low Fat Minestrone.
