Today is the start of my new 31 day challenge!!!
* Do some form of working out 5 days a week
* Portion control
* Stay away from processed foods as much as possible
* Walk dogs/take to park more often
* Take/post pics of what I'm eating to help me stay on track
Let the games begin! :)
